Kelapa Island COVID-19 Task Force Distributes Free Masks to Residents

Entering PPKM Level 3 in Jakarta, health protocols socialization is intensified in Kelapa Island Urban Village, North Thousand Islands Sub-district.

We also provide masks for residents who are caught not wearing masks when doing activities outside

Kelapa Island Urban Village Head, Irfan Damanhuri said, his side walked around the village to urge residents to be disciplined in complying with health protocols, especially in wearing masks when doing activities outside.

"While conducting socialization, we also provide masks for residents who are caught not wearing masks when doing activities outside," he conveyed, Thursday (2/10).

PPKM Level 3, Anies Reminds People Not to Panic But Stay Alert

His side distributed 200 masks during the socialization. He hopes residents can be more disciplined in implementing health protocols considering the increasing number of COVID-19 cases.

"This socialization is carried out as an effort to prevent COVID-19 transmission, especially in Thousand Islands," he mentioned.
